5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.
The 5Rhythms experience is commonly found in London, New York City and other dance capitols throughout the world and for one special evening, this experience will be brought to s at Dreams in Historic Downtown Waukesha.
We are especially pleased to announce the ability to participate in this single night experience on Friday, May 11, a night in which Visudha will travel from Spain to share this gift with us.
The cost for this world class event is only $50. Attendance is limited – we still have limited additional space for those who would like to join us for the entire weekend to follow.
